WATCHES
How does the ordering process work?
Ready to ship watches are dispatched next day and you will receive an order confirmation and tracking details.
For built to order watches you will receive an order confirmation and upon completion of your watch you will be sent a dispatch message with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
What is the lead time?
Lead time is the length of time between ordering and the completion of your watch.
For built to order watches lead time will range from 2-4 weeks.
Watches with no lead time are already built and will ship next day.
What are mod watches?
A Seiko mod is a customised watch assembled from a combination of factory and aftermarket parts, resulting in a unique timepiece.
Seiko is a popular Japanese brand among customization enthusiasts. My watches are assembled by hand, making them both unique and exclusive as they are not mass produced models.

How much is international shipping?
All international orders include free insured delivery via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
Europe 3-5 working days
Worldwide 5-7 working days
How much is UK delivery?
Delivery within the UK is free and handled via Royal Mail Special Delivery. UK orders generally arrive within 1 to 2 days from dispatch.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We offer refunds on all webstore purchased watches returned within 14 days of the date received. Your watch must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Including the original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any taxes for returning your item.
WARRANTY
What is the warranty period?
12 months from the date of purchase.
What are the terms of the warranty?
The timepieceunique 12 month warranty covers your watch for repair or replacement in case of any fault, failure or defect excluding those which arise due to misuse as outlined below, even during the warranty period:
- Damage caused by improper use or carelessness. For instance water ingress due to improper use of crown.
- Damage or failure to quick set day function through lack of mechanical sympathy.
Superficial damage such as scratches, dents and knocks arising from regular use. - Damage or failure arising from repair or modification by a third party person or company.
